For payment, we accept VISA and Master Card credit cards, wire transfers, and checks in US dollars. If you would like to pay by check, please make it payable to Quick Ceph Systems, Inc. If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please let us know and we will fax you our bank details. If you decide to pay with VISA or Master Card, please include the credit card billing address, the 16 digit VISA or MC account number, the expiration date, and the CVC code* for authorization purposes (*the last 3 digits located on the signature strip on the back side of your credit card).

For faster processing, you can fax your order to (858) 404-0855. If you fax your order, please also mail the original signed license agreement to the above address for our records.

If you have received a quote from Quick Ceph Systems, Inc., please include a copy of the quote with your order.

We must receive both pages of your signed license agreement and your payment before your order can be processed. If you have questions, please contact us at info@quickceph.com or call (858) 404-0808.
