Then, download and fill out the Quick Ceph Studio License Agreement located below the order form.   As soon as your order form and license agreement are received, a representative will be in contact with you to confirm your order. For payment, we accept VISA, Master Card and American Express credit cards, wire transfers and checks in US dollars.  If you would like to pay by check, please make it payable to Quick Ceph Systems. If you prefer to pay by wire transfer, please let us know your fax number and we will fax you our bank details.  If you decide to pay with VISA, Master Card or American Express, please include the credit card billing address, the account number, the expiration date, and the CVC code* for authorization purposes (*the 3 or 4 digit security code of your credit card).

If you have received a quote from Quick Ceph Systems, Inc., please include a copy of the quote with your order.

As for hardware, we suggest that you shop around online, locally, or by mail-order.  Online or mail-order vendors can offer low prices, toll-free service, no tax and low shipping and handling costs.  However, you can benefit from purchasing from local vendors by receiving convenient technical support, service and repairs.
